Traditional acupuncture
The heart of my practice. Ultra-fine, sterile, single-use needles are placed at selected points to restore the free flow of Qi and rebalance the body from within. Every treatment is built around you, following a full consultation.

Electroacupuncture
A modern form of acupuncture that passes gentle electrical pulses through the needles to enhance stimulation and promote natural recovery. The intensity is always adjusted to what feels comfortable for you.

Fire cupping
An ancient therapy that uses heated glass cups to create suction on the skin, drawing blood flow to the area to relieve muscle tension and support healing.

A traditional Chinese technique that gently scrapes the skin with a smooth-edged tool to improve circulation, release muscle tension and support the body’s natural recovery.
